Absolutely love that KOC addressed Kirk having a great game in primetime... First time I've seen the organization address the Kirk haters and that just has to be a huge confidence booster for Cousins when all he's ever gotten in the past is doubt. Especially from Zimmer.

I agree with you James on some levels, but I still have a Lotta respect for Zimmer and Spielman, because they built the team that we see on the field right now. At the same time, I think it was time for ownership to bring in a new coach and GM to change the culture in the locker room. KOC has done a great job with his other coaches to lift these guys up, and Kwesi seems to be coming along also. SKOL

You can see how much they have each others backs - and whoever gets honoured gets cheered. They are all in it. I can't understand why some fans struggle to believe in this team. It's completely different from the team that played under Zimmer last season, completely different. None of those old Vikes stigmas apply to this lot.

Been a Vikings fan from northern Indiana since 1969 when I was 6 years old watching the purple people eaters at snowy Metropolitan Stadium, been through four Super Bowl losses countless playoff game blowouts watching Mike Zimmer take all that talent and couldn't do nothing with it I love Kevin O'Connell he brings that mental toughness, that no quit attitude, something to this team they haven't had since Bud Grant!!!!!!!!!
