I think that the rebor's offering is more accurate to the part of the film that they're fightint Kong, due his dinamic pose. However, the nammu's seeem to be more like in an elegant natural pose, but without the iconic bulkier of the V-Rex. I think that the rebor's is like an "agressive" V-rex and the nammu's is "The clever girl" But anyways, great head to head my devilish friend!
A point I wish would have been addressed is scale, specifically with Kong figures. The Rebor scales perfectly with the Gorilla Z and NECA Kongs while the Nanmu is too big. The Nanmu is gorgeous but a little too big and pricey I gladly settled with the Rebor but both are great.
Great reviews of the two V-Rexes. I have the small Weta diorama of Kong vs V-Rex. The Weta V-Rex is dark grey with a light grey belly. Comparing the movie V-Rex to the Nanmu V-Rex, the Nanmu V-Rex appears to have an incorrect paint scheme in that the tan belly extends up its rib cage, but the movie V-Rex does not have a tan rib cage. Also, the Nanmu's grey paint appears to be too dark compared to the movie V-Rex. I was leaning towards the Nanmu V-Rex, but the flawed paint scheme means I'm probably going to pass and stick with my tiny Weta version.
I recently got Nanmu’s Shadow Monarch and it is perfect. I was considering Rebor, but the head didn’t seem right and I don’t like the rubber tail. I will take Nanmu any day. Now we just need Ferrucutus from Nanmu and it will rock
For me the winner is NANMUs take on Vastatosaurus Rex from skull island. Rebors Vanilla Ice has incorrect teeth and arms with only two fingers and the biggest problem for me is the seamline between the tail and the main body. I don't need a bendable tail and the skintexture on Rebors Vanilla Ice is totally unnatural. Best regards from Germany
Is rebor a jojo fan or a they just like old bands and songs? Coz all of the dino names of the rebor products are jojo stands like this one vanilla ice they have an epitaph too and a killer queen lmao they even have a tusk requiem
