Over the weekend i had the Pleasure of repairing the headliner in one very clean 1987 Monte Carlo! The headliner had a bad cause of the saggy sags! In this video i show the process from start to finish!
@@davidstaines4222 I personally would start with looking on eBay or Google even, I know there are some good restoration companies, but honestly eBay may be your best bet. Try Google search to. If you can't find anything I can reach out to some places Monday when I get to work
Ash stray looks brand new but you assumed a smoker owned the car 🤣🤣🤣 cigarette smoke isn't the only thing that'll deteriorate foam but good work though
No, and I wouldn't recommend it. They aren't from the factory, and it would make removing it in the future difficult without breaking the headliner backing
good job nice results ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hi. Samy form Norway here. i need that exact material and colour for my 78 Buick regal. i think i can do it!?! im just scared to brake the clips ☹ can you please send me material article number that exact the one you used? I'll very much appreciate👌🏽
I got the material off eBay. Moon auto tops is the company name. They have a long list of OEM materials. They should have what you need. As far as the clips go, just take your time with them. If you end up needing new ones, let me know. I can help you source out new ones! I'm sure you'll do great 👌
