Hi, I have been doing this tutorial 2-3 times a week for 2.5 months. Today I was able to hold the headstand for 5 breaths! When I first started I could barely hold my knees to my chest (step 4) Thank you so much for such a wonderful tutorial! To everyone else stick with it and you will get there!

I was able to do headstand completely. I have been practicing it for the longer time. Though I am able to achieve it without the wall support but still want to be near the wall because I have fear of falling. Thank you so much for this amazing session ❤ I will practice it more so that I can eliminate my fear.
I only made it to my right knee to the chest in Shirshasana. My left leg refused to move. I really love these tutorials. My practice has improved greatly thanks to you.

I had left yoga practicing for a while.. your video notification brought me here, I jumped straight into it, sadly could manage only first 20 minutes but this sequence is truly amazing. I want to reduce my whole body fat..I had tried a lot of workouts and diet plans, but I am not seeing any major changes and I tried of this..... I could go only to the 3rd step which is walking feet close to the forearms. Hoping it would come with regular practice. Thanks for teaching this wonderful asana. This is one of my dream poses.
Hi. I tried every day after watching your tutorial. I was trying with wall two side. With wall support I achieved within 3 days. After 10 days I fully achieved sirsarsan without wall support. But I am still trying near the wall because I am afraid of falling. Love you. Lots of love. 💕 💕 💕 💕.
Hello Preeti, hope all is well with you. I always thought Shirshasan is way too difficult until I saw your video. I was able to do the complete aasan within two sessions, and also taught my wife. A quick question: for how long should I be in shirshasan position each time I do it? How many times in a day should I practice it? Thanks for posting this & other related videos.
I have completed it nicely to step 4. Step 5 I couldn't hold yet , I rolled 2 times while practicing it😅. Anyways from now on I am not gonna rush to achieving it but I am gonna take as long as it needs me to achieve it. One advice to all , some of you are gonna fall eventually practicing it so use either pillows or something on your back side so if you even fall it won't injure you plus don't practice it in small space coz the furniture or things in that space may injure you on your fall . so be careful.

Hi Preeti. I can do supported virsion of headstand like legs on arms nicely. But in this i can go upto step 4 and step 5 just for 2 seconds only. I ll keep practicing and achieve sooner.
There is PCOS playlist on her channel. You can follow that. For Hypothyroidism main asanas are matsyasana, ushtrasana, sarvangasana and halasana. But I would suggest you to follow her PCOS class.

I was doing this from the support of wall then after 1 month i decided to do it on bed without support but i noticed while doing this a yellow liquid coming from one of my nostril.. i hv decided to stop this practice for 2 weeks ..cud u plz suggest what should I do now.. i think while doing on bed i put extra pressure on my head and rib and that is why all this happens
