Level 1 done of 10 days series which you started today .....thank you.....feel very relaxed but warrior pose is very challenging for me during the pose my back leg didn't fine balance

The wfh has really taken a toll on body and mind Preety. This practice helped a lot to relax the tension. I didnt know yoga was so magical!! You have done an amazing job!!

I have started practicing yoga about a couple of months back and a regular follower of your channel. Thank you. As feedback, some places if you can slow down a bit for guys like me who is following the video that will be great. Could you please tell how to improve flexibility when hands and legs have not enough flexibility. Many of poster is not able to do due to hands not reaching.
