Hi, so glad to have found this video. I have rhuematoid for20 years and the last two years have been hell on earth. I will try these yoga poses just wondering if there’s an easier way to get down and up from the mat I’m unable to do at the present time. Your help would be greatfully appreciated

@Joice Omo Hello sir , I am 18 yrs old and suffering from juvenile rheumatic arthritis since I was 13 yrs . I tried a lot of treatment including allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic but they only worked when I was taking medicines and when I stopped them the pain reoccurred. I have too much swelling on my joints specially knees. Now I am on allopathic treatment again and I am gaining a lot of weight because of that and can't get over this even after a lot of workout. Can u suggest some permanent treatment for this situation?
@@vasudhakandregula Hey dear, I didn't tried those medicines but I would like to tell you that I am quite good now....I used to take allopathic medicines for my arthritis and started yoga and workout ....but after taking a long course I tried to stop medicines because they were affecting my digestion....so the physician adviced me to stop them and I am totally fine now...I don't take any medicines but I do yoga and workout regularly...so please take a proper course from a good rheumatologist and start practicing yoga and workout on regular basis....I am sure you will also get rid of this situation....all my best wishes for you dear🥰💜
