I've learned thanks to your inspiring words not to fear the noise. I have good days and bad days, but I stopped letting it get me down. Thanks again for your words of inspiration
@alicemoyle How long did it take for you to start having better days?. I feel I am coping then I get bad days again and feel I am back to the beginning.
Thank you for your videos. I struggle with Tinnitus and you give me so much tips. I feel positive and think that i can work by myself and can reduce hopefully the sound of tinnitus.
Thank you i have only had tinnitus for 4month and there are days i beat my self up.about not moving fast enough threw my process of getting better i so glad you talked about this im going to remind my self not to say this it make alot of sense sometimes it get really loud and i get mad
I'm in my first week of having Tinnitus, and there have been times where I would be sitting in a room with my family trying to watch a movie, and I couldn't take the noise, and I kept telling myself "I can't do this" "I can't live like this" and end up rushing back to my GP day/days affter I had already seen them, hoping for a solution. After watching Alice's channel it has given me hope and just to stay try to stay calm as possible and to have a positive out look. You've got this, we've got this.
I know this, but hard when it comes to tinnitus. I have by my thoughts manage to learn to walk again after I collapsed with ME/fatuige , Another thing is if you say you HAVE anxiety you kind of say to you self its nothing to do about, say I DO anxiety,
I can still hear tinnitus in quiet rooms sometimes. It is usually when I focus on tinnitus due to the silent nature of rooms. From what I have learned, almost anyone can learn to hear tinnitus in a quiet room as well though. My partner can do it and a few other people I know, even though they don't experience chronic tinnitus.
@@alicemoyle Thank you for answering my question. I appreciate you. One more thing I can move my jaw left and the tinnitus gets loud but goes back to normal sound when I move it back. Did u experience this?
