I can honestly say that since I got rid of social media, Facebook, instagram and the like life is great, remember nothing good comes from social media.

I agree. Get out into nature and enjoy the sun. Low level anxiety my whole life. Karate 3 times a week cured mine. Skin problems go away when I am at my calmest. Find your calm.

Do you have before and after pictures of your psoriasis in other videos or elsewhere? Seriously not trying to be disrespectful, but I see a lot of claims from people in different videos that say they're healed but never show any evidence of how bad it was to begin with. I've also attended a chiropractic/holistic clinic for nearly a year and have had very little results. Unfortunately, it's left me skeptical. I live in the Charlotte area and can come in if necessary.

I don't. I never took a picture of my psoriasis. Had no thoughts of ever needing them. Wish I did.

4 days on carnivore diet😊😊, no sugar, yeast, wheat, flour... Metas and fruit.. In time im still have itchy issue but lesser b4 i didn't do carni vore diet.. Yes i have stress issue due to economic since covid hits globally.. 3 yrs i didnt practice martial arts also making me feel stress. Tx DR... For ur enlightenment..

I agree on your gadget issue and 4 and 5 G. And too much LED on our gadget daily life... I think living in 70,80 and 90 b4 smartphone more healthy.. Tx DR..
