I had a similar case psoriasis didn't run in the family? Now I have psoriatic arthritis.

I'm not a doctor, but with vitamins and supplements, they say 2 months. If it were me, 2 to 3 months on a particular diet seems reasonable. But yes, the doc needs to weigh in.

@@LovelessHealthSolutions Thanks for your reply🙏Ive always taken bile acid after my steak and ground beef. Is this the same? Because it did nothing. I tried a 3 day water fast this week. Did nothing. Have endlessly studied everrything in order to try fix my problems , and i swear it does nothing or even makes it worse. So then I tried less is more ( water fast) to give my gut time to rest. Did nothing. Ive spent all my money on supplements. Did nothing. Ive studied all the best diets to see what most healthcare professionals agree on. Came with grass fed beef and fruit. And that didnt work. So then I cut out the beef and only ate fruit. That didnt work. I had hope , but now ive lost it. Have no clue what else to try. My local doctors wont even allow testing because they just try and correct me to say diet has nothing to do with your skin health and try sell me creams. Ive ran out of options and

@@LovelessHealthSolutions thank you. My issue is my scalp on the lower right side behind my ear and honestly sometimes is unbearable. The cold does me no good. Im trying to hang in there I really don’t want to take any strong medication that will make it worse or just have other side effects in my body but I also think about not taking any action. Which I’ve been doing the natural way…i worry is gonna spread in other parts of my body. I don’t feel my psoriasis is as bad I don’t have like red spots really and is not plaques of it but I was diagnosed with it. I’m using Ketoconazole cream 2% it helps is what I was rx for now but my dermatologist told me about Skyrizi n well I sort of read the side effects n well I was not really interested because of what I hear u teach here and also other natural doctors say. I have not been as dedicated to my diet as I know I should be. I don’t smoke or drink at all. I work from home. I should also be more dedicated on working out and I’m not . So I know I gotta make those changes. I’m taking vitamin D3 I gotta order vitamin k. I have been using Calia shampoo and conditioner fragrance free very natural 🌱. Wash my hair every two days. Not sure if I should just wash it everyday. I feel it will dry my hair out. (My hair is pretty long, down to my waist). Been using this shampoo for a year now I’ve had psoriasis for about 1 year now I think. 🤔 anyway I’m really trying to heal n definitely need guidance.

I think it could especially if you are drinking beer ( depending on the beer) since most beers contain wheat/gluten and gluten is something dr.docs always say to try and avoid if you have psoriasis /:
