Having been a student of Personal and Self Development since 2013, I see the way we look at things and our daily actions and mindset critical for our success in truly shifting into a healing space and Lifestyle Wellness.
In 2007 I was diagnosed with the chronic illness Multiple Sclerosis (MS). To cut this long story short everything points back to the road to healing - a synchronistic journey of finding my path to a Lifestyle for Wellness - that works for ME as an individual.
My life experience. The tools/hacks/people/resources I have discovered, tested and continue to uncover are worth sharing with those who are on the path of healing and creating their ideal life, lifestyle and wellness. An inspired process.
I aim to keep it simple and easy for anyone to make a shift into wellness and healing.
