Why did you skip? This application requires a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) number. If you do not provide one, your application is likely to be refused.
Hi Summaiya. Sorry I don't fully understand your situation. An mbbs qualification is equal to a bachelors in UK. However if you are registered with the GMC already then why do you need Epic verification?

Hi Laura. Sorry, that's a question for the lawyers. If at any point during the application they ask have you been denied entry into a country then I imagine answering honestly will be the right thing to do. But I would suggest asking a lawyer for professional advise on how to go about it.

Hi there. Sorry, but without a gmc registration, you will not qualify for the visa. And to have gmc registration, you need PLAB or one of the membership college exams. Secondly, you can only use oet for this visa if that is what you used to obtain full gmc registration. That is my understanding based on personal experience. Please note that if you are looking for immigration advice, then consult a lawyer instead.

Hi, thankyou for this beautiful video, I was following ur health and care visa and I got a doubt . my sponsor do provide maintenance which was mentioned in sponsor note ( but not ticked in maintenance column as Yes ) which I didn't know I have applied in Gov site where I said maintenance is not done by my sponsor , and I have my Cos stating that it is provided. If your application is successful then the trust will send you a certificate of sponsorship. You can use that to apply for this visa. Both CoS should have the number mentioned on them. You should be able to check. Generally one would use just one CoS to apply for the visa. But if your situation is a bit unusual or complicated then speaking to an immigration lawyer would be prudent.

Well, technically, no. As a doctor, you need to have gmc registration, which you could get done with oet. So in that regard, you don't necessarily need IELTS.
