Thank you so much! I'm working on more videos now, and I will take that into consideration. For the sole of the foot, massage with a ball, which can also be a tennis ball for more intensivity, is very useful.
I'm sorry to hear that. Try to stretch your calfs and hamstrings for that, as that might help. Also the hip position can influence toe pain. Keep on doing the foot exercices and if it's not getting better, I would check with a doctor.
