Thank you so much. These exercises feel so good. My feet are getting better each day. I dance the tango and walked to much and I hurt my feet. I'm so glad I found this video😊

You are the best, so perfect. I hope to see videos on foot massaging especially for the middle of the sole and the toes, as I am working , I have some problems with them. Thanks again :):):

Thank you so much! I'm working on more videos now, and I will take that into consideration. For the sole of the foot, massage with a ball, which can also be a tennis ball for more intensivity, is very useful.

first time I dance after covid.. and suddenly my big toe hurts me again...and i have only little heels. so sad.

I'm sorry to hear that. Try to stretch your calfs and hamstrings for that, as that might help. Also the hip position can influence toe pain. Keep on doing the foot exercices and if it's not getting better, I would check with a doctor.
