Ooh....I made the protein and blueberry ones last night and grabbed a couple on the go as I was in a rush to be on time for my 6am gym class! What a treat! I’m hooked! Thank you! ❤️ next, I’m making choc chip and peanut butter jelly ones! ( I used a regular egg as I’m not vegan so it was a bit more runny. I had to use a bit more quinoa and oats. Thanks again 😊❤️
Like the look of your healthy cookies, I’d definitely have to leave out the sprinkles, surprised that a healthy cookie would have them. That being said I’m going the make the nut butter ones with the dark chocolate chips thanks for sharing 👍❤️😊

Cookies for breakfast, love that idea! Saw some "breakfast biscuits" but the store bought ones were loaded with sugar and processed oils, but thought the idea was awesome... this is even better! I'll consider giving this a try! Also like that you can make them ahead of time... but I hope they're not "too delicious" or else my husband will probably gobble them up 🙄 Thanks for posting this!
Greetings, I am just looking into quinoa flakes. I have a flour grinder so could I crack the quinoa grain and use that instead of flakes? Quinoa flakes are twice the cost as grain. From little that I read so far I understand in order to make the grain (because it is not a soft grain) into flakes you have to steam process first which seemingly destroys some nutrients. So can I use cracked quinoa or flour instead?
@@rosemaryraplar8 I all the cookie recipes it calls for rolled oats and quinoa flakes. Are you saying to substitute the quinoa flakes for oat flour? I do have quinoa but they are not flakes. Was wondering if I ran them through my grinder to make them a course flour. Would that substitute for the quinoa flakes? I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to experiment🤔

Love love love your content but just a heads up some good feedback if you would like it - viewers like short get to the point videos - under 5 minutes...and under 3 is super affective. We do not like or need a lot of introduction or chitchat or fluff - just being honest. Of course some topics take more content but we like it when it is broken up into different videos. I watched a few of yours but the ones but didn't finish most of them. I usually don't watch people videos that long because we're on here viewing several things so someone who can deliver information quickly and concisely is very important hopefully you will take this information and feedback because I do want to continue watching your content and we'll check back periodically to see if you do have some shorter videos.
Alyssa's recipes are the cleanest and still delicious. I feel so happy that I can always come to your channel and see so many tempting recipes just with a few ingredients. This is the most underrated channel. I want to thank you Alyssa for the support!
