Once you are pregnant, you need to eat the right type of food in the right quantity at right frequency of intervals to ensure a healthy fetus and healthy mother. A balanced diet would include anything, which is low in carbs, high in proteins with necessary vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, antioxidants and moderate amount of fats to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Tips for a heathy pregnancy would be aim to eat 5 to 6 meals in a day. Select fruits and vegetables form the rainbow of colours. Eat all the recommended groups. Eat all the recommended groups.
