Healthy Low Carb Sugar Free Tiramisu | Possible on Keto and LCHF

This is a recipe for a low calorie, diet and low carb Tiramisu cake. This is one of the most delicate and delicious cakes. It is easy to eat with such a cake and enjoy the dessert without harm to health and figure. In addition, such Tiramisu is prepared quite simply.
If necessary, the recipe can be adjusted to Keto and lchf nutrition by replacing some ingredients.

For biscuit
▪️ Oatmeal - 50 g (for Keto and lchf option this amount can be replaced with almond)
▪️ Almond flour - 40 g.
▪️ Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
▪️ Sweetener erythritol - 40 g (this is a bulky sweetener that replaces sugar when whipping and helps to stabilize the proteins a little and get a more fluffy biscuit, as well as get a more pleasant sweetness when combined with intense sweeteners, such as stevia and sucralose)
▪️ Intense non-bulky sweetener (I have 2 g of dietary sweetener Fitparad No. 7, which is 5 times sweeter than sugar, if there is no erythritol, you can only use it)
▪️ Baking powder - 4 g (~ 1 teaspoon with a slide)
▪️ Vanilla / vanillin - to taste and desire
▪️ Salt - a pinch
To impregnate the biscuit (it took me 200 ml of brewed coffee):
▪️ Ground coffee - 7 g (~ 1 tablespoon with a slide)
▪️ Water - 200-250 ml.
▪️ Sweetener to taste
For cream
▪️ Ricotta cheese - 750 g (for Keto and lchf can be replaced with mascarpone with heavy cream instead of milk and starch)
▪️ Milk - 230 ml. (I have 2.5% fat)
▪️ Corn starch - 15 g.
▪️ Sweetener to taste (I have 40 g of erythritol + 2 g of Fitparade No. 7, can be replaced with any bulk sweetener)
For decoration
▪️ Cocoa - to taste
❗️ made from different types of flour and its combinations: only with almond, with whole grain wheat, with oatmeal, I liked the combination of almond and oatmeal most of all
❗️ You can take less ingredients for the cream, ~ 1/3 of the entire cream I spent on the top massive decoration, the layer between the cakes can also be made thinner, but personally I like it when there is a lot of cream
Nutritional value (100 grams):
Calories 137 / Proteins 9 / Fats 9 / Carbohydrates 6
Cake weight ~ 1500 g.
Cake diameter 16 cm.
The height of the cake from the above ingredients is ~ 7 cm (excluding cream decor)
