Hello. Manju ji Thank you very much. 1 Curd and ragi has high calcium. My answer for 2 nd one is Carrot and beans has Beta carotene so when saute (cook) it increases its digestibility.

Hi Manju , Ragi and moth daal has high in calcium..... When we boil these two vegetables with little water and while we cover it while cooking..vitamins remain in it...water soluble vitamins do not goes evaporate and enhanced its flavor ..and easy to digest..
I have one question: do you always make a fresh batch of curd at home as you mentioned in some previous videos that curd/yogurt shouldn't be refrigerated
Even if I leave for 5-6 hours ragi still it doesn't get sticky, I dont even use wheat flour to roll it, it is easily manageable , only you have to add 2 more spoon of ragi/ juwar flour in your propotion😊 1/2 cup water , 1/2 cup and 2 spoon of ragi flour
I tried bajara , jawar , ragi rotis but they lead to major constipation..any thing else we can mix to avoid constipation bcox these flours are very dry
