Hello everyone 😊, since Mid- Autumn Festival is almost here, therefore today I want to show you guys how to make this super healthy Mooncake -Purple Sweet Potato Chinese Yam Mooncakes
紫薯淮山月餅 (健康月餅😊) This mooncake is healthy because its main ingredients are only purple sweet potato and Chinese Yam. Purple sweet potatoes are a good source of beta-carotene but are an even richer source of anthocyanin pigments, which act as antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation and boost your immune system. Purple sweet potatoes have about three times more anthocyanins than the average blueberry. And for Chinese yam, it has medicinal benefits, such as anti-oxidative action, serum glucose reduction, and immune improvement 😋 With these 2 ingredients together, it becomes a super healthy food. Also I out some Osmanthus jam on top, it makes it taste more delicious too 😁I hope you guys will enjoy it 😋

Sugar: 35 g
Chinese yam: 450g
Sugar: 45g
Osmanthus Jam
Glutinous rice flour 2Tbsp
(Or your favorite jam as replacement)
