Well… if you can make something that tastes good a little more nutritional and with no refined sugar, why not? Also for those of us who are nursing a baby and don’t want to eat a bunch of empty carbs, we can eat these and not feel guilty about it

I love the video and it seduced me. But baked them and what a disappointment, all good stuff that alone taste well, combined and baked together loose the taste and I did not like anyway, I will add some mermelade or miel to have extra sweet taste:)
