I prefer chaai paratha....waise dry fruits wagerah par na jaai to inn boiled oats ka poha bhi bnta hai bilkul normal poha ki tarah or tasty bhi lgta...and they are under budget and good for diabetic patients....jinhe thodi thodi der me kuch light khana jroori hota hai....

Curd oats honey milk Chia seed. Mix all together keep it for over night. Next day stir it well add dry fruits and fruits... This is how over night oats prepared.

Mai bhi breakfast me mostly yahi leti hu agar breakfast nahi bhi leti to bhi mujhe iski cravings hoti rahti hai 🤤to din me ek baar khati hi hu 😅 Trust me dosto overnight oats bahut tasty 😊 lagta hai aap ise diffrent flavour me bhi bana sakte hai

All good. But please explore instead of cow milk, making homemade milk with Almond, peanuts, Ragi, soya will be good. Because in some of the doctors mentioned, cow milk with fruits combination is not good. Protean power also homemade will be good to consider, in order to avoid Kidney or cancer issues.

Ya my father also told that they are incompatible food combination especially Citrus fruits like mango. That's why he never preferred drinking Mango Shake regularly. Once a while you can enjoy incompatible food items just for taste. But Can't be eaten regularly.

People saying this meal is costly while they are investing in Chai patti, oil, then they spend lakhs in hospitals. Rajeev dixit said chai is slow poison if you consume it regularly, specially with breakfast. it is not suitable for warm places like india. India is iron deficit country because of chai. I had left chai, namkin, rusk, bread etc as breakfast since 2 years, I invested in quality food. Results are visible, my metabolism increased, laziness gone, body became in shape, pimple are gone, hairfall reduced, scanty and irregular periods cured, my skin became 1 shade lighter and glowing. That's why middle class family become more poor because they invest their whole income in medicines instead of quality food.

Please note : do not mix milk and fruit. Eat fruits of five different colours Then one hour gap Now eat hot breakfast Milk only at night ( one hour before bed sleep time) hot milk with dry fruits powder ( homemade) and Sefton . Last Trifala powder with hot water 15 min before sleep. Then walk for five min Meditation five min Then sleep This helps good digestion and good sleep. Try this is Ayurvedic way which works

How you take papaya with milk ......?? From Google... Can we consume milk with Papaya? No, milk should be avoided immediately after eating Papaya as it may lead to diarrhea. However, in case of constipation taking a glass of milk after Papaya at night may help in relieving constipation.

Iss hisaab se toh mai gareeb hoon😂. Brkfast mein ek cup chai aur ek buiscuit phir brunch mein 11 bje rice dn dopeher ko rice dal, veg 3 bje .. phir evening ko chai buiscuit dn dinner😂😂😂

Instead of healthy you made this breakfast unhealthy to body. Here is good breakfast which good for body with lota of benifit. 2 cups plain oats 100 ml milk 1 cut banana 4 almond 4 walnut 1 spoon honey 1 scoup pinute butter. Try it.
