I prefer chaai paratha....waise dry fruits wagerah par na jaai to inn boiled oats ka poha bhi bnta hai bilkul normal poha ki tarah or tasty bhi lgta...and they are under budget and good for diabetic patients....jinhe thodi thodi der me kuch light khana jroori hota hai....
Dahi and roti is the best breakfast and specially for thyroid patients dahi is super important and honestly if we talk about taste this dahi and roti tastes much better

All good. But please explore instead of cow milk, making homemade milk with Almond, peanuts, Ragi, soya will be good. Because in some of the doctors mentioned, cow milk with fruits combination is not good. Protean power also homemade will be good to consider, in order to avoid Kidney or cancer issues.

Ya my father also told that they are incompatible food combination especially Citrus fruits like mango. That's why he never preferred drinking Mango Shake regularly. Once a while you can enjoy incompatible food items just for taste. But Can't be eaten regularly.

People saying this meal is costly while they are investing in Chai patti, oil, then they spend lakhs in hospitals.
