Ramya i eat high fat for example i eat avacado coconut milk shake morning, morning snack herbal tea, 100g of nuts, afternoon fish fry, night small about of fish or any nonveg and go full day fasting 36hrs. by following this i lost 15kg and i feel active through out day i am in this cycle for 2 month, on fasting day after 16hrs i will drink one cup of expresso Coffee( varacoffee with out suger)., then continue 16 hrs no food only water. this pattern really makes me feel energetic and healthy, i can swim, go for jogging even on the 36hr fasting window.
Yes I did lost 10 kgs in 5 months just skipping rice in afternoon, instead I took poriyal, Fruits...but in Saturday and Sunday I have a habit of eating non veg, so I don't skip rice in weekends and i m keep moving on....

Good advice ramya mam, but from my point of view every person should go for a walk at least half an hour, it will help us to keep fit in our entire life, even though the c-sec delivery ladies also they can go for a walk after 3 to 4 days of c-sec by doctor advice. I advice to all should walk everyday, it will help us to lead a good healthy life.
Thanks good one. But for women’s like working women +doing house chores without any assistance it is tough for them. walking during weekend is fine for them if they cant make it out on weekdays… and doing IF will definitely show them result.

Can you please suggest south indian meal plans with calorie breakdown for weightloss..
