Ramya i eat high fat for example i eat avacado coconut milk shake morning, morning snack herbal tea, 100g of nuts, afternoon fish fry, night small about of fish or any nonveg and go full day fasting 36hrs. by following this i lost 15kg and i feel active through out day i am in this cycle for 2 month, on fasting day after 16hrs i will drink one cup of expresso Coffee( varacoffee with out suger)., then continue 16 hrs no food only water. this pattern really makes me feel energetic and healthy, i can swim, go for jogging even on the 36hr fasting window.

Yes I did lost 10 kgs in 5 months just skipping rice in afternoon, instead I took poriyal, Fruits...but in Saturday and Sunday I have a habit of eating non veg, so I don't skip rice in weekends and i m keep moving on....

Hi Ramya You are my impression. I'm in my 60's today's 3 ways very useful . I had some problems in my left leg so last one year no walking. Now medication going on start to walk 3000 steps daily. Hope to do more. Intakes only millets 3 or 2 times daily. Please give me some suggestions please

Every day I did walk around 6 kilometres...my food habits Monday Wednesday Friday Sunday morning take 2 egg afternoon 1/2 cup rise dinner pappya and cocuber.there is no change weight loss in my body.now my weight is 89 ... give some tibs more weight loss.and which food is ideal to eat

Good advice ramya mam, but from my point of view every person should go for a walk at least half an hour, it will help us to keep fit in our entire life, even though the c-sec delivery ladies also they can go for a walk after 3 to 4 days of c-sec by doctor advice. I advice to all should walk everyday, it will help us to lead a good healthy life.

Thanks good one. But for women’s like working women +doing house chores without any assistance it is tough for them. walking during weekend is fine for them if they cant make it out on weekdays… and doing IF will definitely show them result.

Hi Ramya, whenever I try to lose weight or into that journey my only concern I'm a night shift worker. So sila per night shift patha night tha nammaloda breakfast or 1 St meal start aguthu..so through out the night tha namaku eating window. Day la thoongiranum nu solraga. Sila per athuku apdiye opposite ah solraga. IPO iruka situation la night shift workers kana diet and workout schedule pathi ithuvarikum online la oru clear ah na video Ila...intha problem nala neraya night shift workers suffering gaining weight and so many health issues. So I request you to put a vdo on this topic and help us to get the correct information. I hope you will see this comment. Point 1, 2 follow able with efforts..point 3😢 tough and difficult with 15 hours fasting..7pm dinner 10am breakfast..better to walk for 30 mts with dedication..😅 and follow 2 points..this is from a diabetic2 angle

Hi, If something, you say, "is lost", it means something dear / personal / important / essential is lost. One, purposefully, works out in some way, with an aim to reduce body weight. In such cases, one should call it as "weight reduction", not "weight loss". Loss means we need something, but that left our hands. Hope, we understand the difference. Please call it "weight reduction".

Wow Ramya.. Such clarity of thought my God! I have watched you for many years, but a fan now after this video! This was definitely a really good video. Can you please suggest south indian meal plans with calorie breakdown for weightloss.. Oats and chia pudding and sandwiches with raw veggies are not really possible for the children and elders in the family and I'd like some crossover instead of having to cool separate meals for myself. Thanks :)
