Since you have a Powerful Computer From Amazon and Simulator, will you try problems that are faced by current aircraft/Aeroplanes from nature? For battery cooldown, you can add big cooper vapour chamber like in smartphones if it's practical (even though it sounds stupid) OR you can add slim air flow through the wings like in Lamborghini ALA 2.0 Aerodynamic System again if its practical.

I'm interested in your aerodynamic design. Looking at your wing, its aerofoil, and your propulsion system I'd guess your operating at around 200ms^-1? Also what sort of range are you looking at?

A Beechcraft 1900D, which is also 19 seats, has two 950kw engines. You say your controller can do up to 350kw. Is that going to be enough then?? You are 4 engines, so you don't need to plan for loosing half during take off, but still. 1900 vs 1400. And you have to haul tons of batteries...
