for severe heart conditions it might be benefical, but the most percautions would need to be taken. I'd assume going into it reallllll slow. take your time moving up gradually over weeks and months to restore heart balance. but good stuff, this got my blood flowing! this guy has a great series of videos!

These are just great - thank you so much for this series - I love Kundalini Yoga, really and these positions make sense to open up the heart region. It is also nice to know that you do not need to put your body into a pretzel in order to achieve enlightenment. Great video series. Thank you for your service.

thnx for reply i tried ujayi sinve december and helped me for insomnia now ill see about that mantra ... im having insomnia since august 2007 and i did yoga/meditat/pranayama and it helped escpecially in sone period but still im facing insomnia more or less , in some periods i get little hours of half sleep abd i feel very tired and anxiouss and i start thinking all time like i cant stop thinking even in that time of half sleep ... like i was still thinking what i started before sleep time

If it is hard to sit, I suggest using a very firm cushion to raise the hips above the knees when sitting with legs crossed. Next best, sit up on your heels, else you do the exercises standing. Best, Anmol

Hi Anmol greetings for the great help to humanity... I am going through your videos.But due to busy life schedules, I am not able to do proper set of yogas... Kindly suggest me some pranayams which I can do for 15 min daily and wish that I will be getting good benefit from it.. Thanks in advance..

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge. I've been having bad anxiety for the past few years and I've come to learn that it is a heart chakra issue. The fire-breathing seems a bit intense. will these techniques worsen my anxiety before making it better? That seems to be the case with natural healing - worsening before healing. Thank you!

hello do u know anything what can help with insomnia .. and can u do yoga excercices if i didnt sleep or u just had 3 hours of half-sleep ?

my sister had heart surgery about 6 months ago to repair a small hole in her heart. she has had complications since such as irrythmias, and feeling weak and tired. she does train lightly with weights and is only 30 years old and not overweights. she is on 6 different medications. do you think this might benefit her? thank you
