I was recently guided to channel this short visualization to open the heart chakra. We often hold emotions in our heart that cause us to close or shield ourselves in protection. With an open heart, we can give and receive love freely.
Thank you for this. I also did the raising vibrations meditation last night- very intense. Your vocal delivery is good for me, maybe because somewhere in there I seem to hear an Australian influence in your tone, so there's a nice familiarity there. 😉🙏❤

Hi Jogee, I don't personally know of any other specific chakra focused meditations but I'm sure there are many available. I may do the others in the future, but I'm just going with my guidance and flow right now.
