Thank you for this!!! I’m making a temperature blanket and I’m going to make these heart squares to denote family birthdays. It’s so cute! You made this very easy to follow along for a beginner
Im so confused im still at the beginning but sometimes when you say double crochet you pull through all three on your hook, but other time you pull through two on your hook, yarn over, then pull through the remaining two ?? Idk if im just seeing/hearing it wrong, sorry
Hi, the video is a support to the written pattern on the blog. So maybe it could help to follow the written instructions :) you can find them here raffamusadesigns.com/crochet-hearts-love-granny-square/
Hi, I don't have a video on how to weave in ends but I did write a blog post with examples + photos. You can find it here raffamusadesigns.com/how-to-weave-in-ends-crochet/ Good luck with the blanket :)
Hi thank you for replying. Is it possible to change the design a little? I have a project in mind but not sure how to go about it. I want the heart to have the pointed end facing a corner of the square rather than a flat side of the square? Is it possible to crochet it that way?
@@RaffamusaDesigns The reason I’m asking is I have not come across a crochet video yet that does it the way I described so that’s why I’m wondering is it possible at all?and if you think the answer is yes could you please do a tutorial? I think it’ll be a first on RU-vid. Thank you.
Oh too bad. Maybe you could try to weave in ends using your crochet hook. There are some videos showing how to do it online. I've never tried it though, so I cannot say much about it :)
Hi, A bigger heart means a totally different pattern. Different heart and different squaring... So, I'm afraid I can't help in just one comment, sorry :)
@@RaffamusaDesigns yepp it will definitely be a longgg time before I finish it but I'm determined 😅😅 I'll definitely ask my grandma to weave the ends in with me tho just so I finish faster
Sorry about that... I'm not a native English speaker and I try to do my best, but maybe it might be easier to follow the written pattern that you can find here raffamusadesigns.com/crochet-hearts-love-granny-square/
Hi, yes, you can simply add more rounds by repeating the same pattern as for the last one. So, it's 3 dc and 1 chain in each chain space from the previous round, and 3 dc, 2 chains, 3 dc in each ch-2 space at the corners
