This is by far the best deck to watch Trump play.

I've been giving Trump a hard time lately due to his bad play, but he got me back with this video. Its foolish of me to think Trump should have these decks mastered week 1... Trump has found a very strong paladin deck. Even Thijs says he's having a hard time making pally work, but Trumps got it down pat.

I thought Blizz's idea of Goons being a kind of "Know when to hold 'em" cards was a bluff, but the flexibility of choosing between value and tempo is surprisingly cool, especially in Paladin.

i feel that if you lack an ideal start you get run over by aggro to easily. also drawing into only one or two buffs early means you have(usually) a bunch of average stat minions. i think it does well in slow matchups because you just generate immense value and crush them. but even other midrange decks are hard to compete with.

Buffadin is probably my favorite new archetype. So much fun to put out low cost high stat minions.

that deck is just too dirty. i love it. i built a pseudo buffadin deck (because im noob and dont have a lot of cards, but do have dopplegangster and a few buff cards) and so far it's just dirty and a lot of fun

This deck is also very versatile depending on the current meta due to the sheer amount of crazy 1 and 2 drops at your disposal.

I run cyclopian horror in my version. It's really good against the smorcy decks and has good stats even if not hand buffed.

Just tossing this out there, on the off chance it inspires you... consider building Jade Rogue less like a midrange deck and more like a tempo deck.

I disenchanted almost all my cards for this deck its so much fun

I've been playing with different iterations of this deck since the release and I'm hovering around rank 9-10. I seem to lose to pirate warrior and reno lock every time, and that right there is about 50% of opponents. Pretty frustrating.

So I don't have the cards to play this deck, but can someone inform me whether Nerubian Egg could be a pick over the Bruisers? Argent Horserider proved to be a nutty pick because it was a fast card after AoE, which this deck needs, and because with just one buff it can be comboed with Keeper to kill any card after a board clear. Egg is the same, but comes with the additional bonus that if it's buffed with Smuggler's Run or Outfitter then it just completely crushes Pirate Warrior. I presume that's why the Bruisers were added for more Taunts, but the egg has some extra use. Also, I'm bad at the game so to me Trump looks like he's making the right play all of the time. Keep up the good work!

I run a fairly similar list and found myself frequently tempted to add cold light seer after getting run over by Hunter tokens, and Early Aggro. How good of an idea is Coldlight Seer?

Mistress of mixtures and swamp ooze seems like they could fit this deck while pirate warrior is flavor of the month

I think Palladin will be once again the best arena class, and maybe a Top-Tier champ again. He feels so strong atm

I'd play the first version of your deck, but drop the Keepers and Fight Promoters for Mistresses of Mixtures and Small Time Recruits. You easily beat the Reno decks anyway, so I think it's better to hedge your game against Scum Warrior and other similar SMOrc decks.

What would you think about playing defender of argust in this deck? In my experience this deck looses to face decks unless you got a really good hand for the early game. Also, what would you replace braun with, I don't have that expansion sadly and I don't think it's worth getting since it's rotating out soon.

People say Wickerflame is bad. He just healed for 9 health and blocked 11 damage.

Paladin seems to be the only class that got enough buff support to work. The problem with Hunter and Warrior is that their hand buffs only affect on minion at a time and are too specific. (Fight promoter may as well be a Paladin card.) Honestly I think Blizzard kinda messed up there.

Idea for a Paladin weapon... a shield with zero attack & 3 or 4 durability... its effect would be your hero takes half the damage, lose one durability when your hero takes damage.

this first game came down almost exclusively to the turn 3 misplay of waraxe to face.

there is an evolve deck from the heartpwn admins that is pretty kick ass. you should try it.
