Heat and Humidity !! Everyone hates it !! But with Meniere's it can be a trigger. It is for me. I knew better than to try and go fishing this morning. It was early so I thought I could fish until it got really hot. WRONG !! Oh well another lesson learned and there is always tomorrow !!

Wow, im thinking of you in your struggle with the heat. I'm a summer person and thats winter here in South Africa 🌍 and freezing cold.

My first major attacks began during the transition into summer in 2021. Unfortunately I went even further south and it was a major blow, as it was hotter than San Antonio where I left from. Had a 2 year milder experience in Fort Worth, where it gets hot, but humidity is low. Now back in South Texas on the coast and pretty much confined to my apartment.

@@menieresdiseasewarrior5949 You got it! I’ll be going up to Arrowhead Lake in California for the Fourth of July. Wish me luck. The elevation may be brutal for me but I refuse not to try. If you come we can both have vertigo and keep each other company while everyone else is boating 😂

This heat is unbearable, it hit 100° here on Monday High humidity as well. Put my fishing on hold but did manage to mow the lawn early this morning before the heat got out of hand.
