Finally a ball for dry lanes.....I’m a hammer guy and I’ve been waiting on something like this from hammer! I didn’t want to resort to urethane to get control on dry lanes.

The original Triton Heat is my favorite ball of all time. The Ultra Heat goes with me to all sport shot tournaments and I can't wait to get my hands on the Lava. So hot!

I miss the bowling ball give away already... lmao. Please do that again next year! I was excited like a child before Christmas for that nightly e-mail. In fact, probably the only time in the last decade I've actually wanted to check it! Even though I didn't win I'm still really happy for the opportunity. The shot that hung when you got it in a bit made this almost look like the 3-piece reactive I so dearly loved when the lanes got sparky 20 years ago (Sports Tec React-Attack). I couldn't sell those plain looking tame things but I sure made money with it myself in late night pot games when the sparks started to fly! By the way, that shirt is awesome!!

My dad has one well now I have it and he shot 299 with it after a few weeks and on wood lanes with 35 foot typical house shot and it was awesome nice and clean and powerful on the back and I now have it and will try it out because my league is on old wood with no re oil because the league before us is finishing up while we are getting ready to practice. So I throw a lot of urethane ( the purple pearl hammer urethane from 2022 after hammer became under the Brunswick family umbrella) after my hyroad x is chirping way too much and not enough on the back .

You are absolutely correct, I used to bowl in St. Louis all the time as well, there was a lot of wood lanes. Olympic lanes to name one. Always a different shot. But was fun. One question Kyle, is Bel Air lanes still close to belleville Il? That was an old skool house, like Olympic lanes.

You now make me realize how old I am.....I threw my 15th 300 with the ORIGINAL Track Triton HEAT,. Which was out when you were just a toddler......that ball is the original HEAT and was an Awesome ball.....threw 299 and 300 with it 3 days apart in 2 different houses. 299 on Synthetic and 300 on old Wood.....thanks for the memory Kyle!

I still have a red track heat in my league arsenal. It keeps its place well. Love the heat. Idk about the lava having more backend. My track heat rips off the spot downlane and im not a huge rev guy. Moderate revs n speed

Looks like just a updated version of the old track Desert Heat...which i loved by the way....but same color too...it's like they just needed a different name to bring it back into production...

I am j8ust getting back into bowling after a 26 year layoff. At age 71 I don't have the speed I once did or the power to force the ball through the heads. This looks like a good choice to get the ball down the lane and with a strong but not too strong finish on the back end. I was always a stroker and tended to be fairly straight but was best when I had a little swing area. This might just do the trick.....what do you think?

My local house has old REAL wood lanes. Poorly maintained. Fresh for league night then totally neglected until the next week's league. I usually only get there on Sat.&. Sun. and they are scorched-fried- (your adjective). Ball starts hooking around halfway and a direct path to the 7 pin. Even my wife's plastic straight roll ball hooks a little. How would the Heat Lana fit in? Advice. Note. I have been able to get off early one night weelkly for their Summer League. The owner's son is home from Purdue and oils them well with a Sport Shot. That night is great. The weekends are the Wild Wild West with the crispy dry, every shot is an adventure experience. to deal with. Advice?

Small Incisions that’s urethane, this is resin, it’s a step up from the original heat after playing urethane. I’m not him and I haven’t thrown this ball, but it’s certainly a medium-light oil patterns

The boost is a good ball for beginners. Not too much hook you can't control but enough that you'll get a good base to start with

Hello guys. Question. I'm a 4 times a year bowler (max). I want to join a league in Sept. I have enough time to change my grip if I need to, or if I should. I currently use two fingers, no thumb, one hand. Should I switch to conventional 3 finger? And if so should I use conventional finger depth or fingertip?. What would you suggest for a day 1 bowler. Thanks a million for your input

You should drill one up w a thumb. You don't have to use it. But can should you choose to. Besides pretty sure next year you'll be required to...or was that just the weight hole restriction
