I love the progress of Heather's behaviour in the moment Elisabeth (if I remember the name correctly) starts singing - at first, the head tilt like she's saying "Wait, are you actually doing that?", then the intimidating stare, then she full-on faced her and raised her voice to assert dominance and when it didn't help, she made the wave motion as if showing her "Stop!" and that was all she could do, then she lost all her possibilities and stopped singing.

The whole end of this episode was fantastic, this scene with the Heathers being super petty. Meanwhile JD and Veronica declaring their love over Ram's dead body, while heaven is a place on earth plays over it, with the irony that they're literally sending people to heaven (not on earth) while earth is filled with murderers and people in fighting. Idk it was just pretty powerful, even if the rest of the show had its issues, there were some great moments.

So do you think that the point of Heathers is "a movie about the people who are usually the popular people"? In my opinion, the original movie was about how cruel high school and people can get for climbing to a higher place in society, about how little people know about the people who die around them and how badly our society deals with and treats suicides. But that's just my opinion, "people who are usually the popular people" makes sense too...

Guys, this series is not that bad. It's a little bit cringe sometimes, acting is not the best, but I think it's kinda nice black comedy.

People are having problems with this series because it's too different from the original. The show is meant to be a reboot, but clearly changes everything- the plot, te characters, and has terrible acting. At least that's why I hate it.

@@humanhandenby I respect it, but I'm trying to treat this show like something independent. I really liked the original version and I'm just trying to forget about whole this reboot thing 💁‍♀️ It's bad reboot, but whole show gets a lot of hate just based on the differences.

It's offensive as shit! It takes discriminated groups and makes them the bad guys. Although not all discriminated groups (LGBT+, plus size, etc) have nice people, this completes the stereotype that people will accuse regular people of saying something rude and offensive to them just because they can. It's hurtful to the discriminated communities.
