Two things you are not taking into account. Neutralization and duty cycle. Power falloff on keying shows the neutralization is wrong. Duty cycle must be observed on the Drake Twins ! You do not have 50% duty cycle, you have 35% duty cycle flipping switches on the Drake transmitter without observing duty cycle costs you in 6JB6's ,or any other sweep tube you may be using, and sweep tubes are not cheap today. Expand your grounds to 1" wide braid with two copper 8' ground rods or you will continue to have any interference in the Drake R-4. I run the T-4XB and the R-4B and have had your models in the past. Poor grounds and wrong neutralization may be the problem in the Heath SB-200 10 Meter oscillations. I grew up with tube/transistor hybrids like the Drakes, so check what I have mentioned here. Correct my Demi load is only rated at 100 W and it is air cooled for this experiment. I had to use the outside antenna because the outside antenna is the only thing they can handle 600 W.
With all due respect my friend ypu should learn how to load up tube radios and amps. I would suggest you take down this video. You are doing many things wrong here. Once again with all due respect.
What was wrong with it? Also, be careful to not be in transmit or have the key line closed while you are switching your band switch around. That band select switch is not very heavy duty, and pricey to replace.
