Hi, Jesus in our Heavenly Sunlight! In John 8:12, Jesus says, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” So when we are walking in dark places, you are not alone, for Jesus walks with you pushing away the darkness with His glory. So we continually walk in Sunlight!
Heavenly Sunlight was authored by Henry J. Zelley in 1899. Here are the lyrics:
Walking in sunlight, all of my journey,
over the mountains, through the deep vale;
Jesus has said, "I’ll never forsake thee,"
promise divine that never can fail.

Heavenly sunlight, heavenly sunlight,
flooding my soul with glory divine:
hallelujah, I am rejoicing,
singing His praises, Jesus is mine.

never conceal my Savior and Guide;
