Finally you talking about potential ingery to the forearms with the heavy club exercise. One arm transition is no joke. Your forearms have to be prepared. Thank you.

Working on basic hip mobility is an easy one. Your hips need to have a certain amount of internal and external rotation in order to perform a squat through a full range of motion. Adding in the 90/90 shinbox drill using a club or kettlebell will help create more space within the hip capsule so that you can move in and out of internal/external rotation on each side of the pelvis(L/R). Mark also has some older videos on hip mobility on this RU-vid channel. Let me know if this helps 💪👍

Zercher squat........ "forces you to maintain a more upright torso" ...."encourages you to drop deeper ..." ......"increases engagement in core, biceps and traps". That's a bingo
