I just got a new clubbell in the mail today and clocked myself in the shin not paying attention to what I was doing.. should not be a problem with this exercise LOL

This is an excelent video I do shinbox often thanks to Sonnen and Mark,but i would never have thought to combine it with a shieldcast Nice one Mark,cant wait to try this 😅

Without the club in shin box my knee of the hip that is driving down pinchea on the medial side. I think the knee is compensating for lack of hip internal rotation. With the shield cast however, the same side ankle pushes into the ground to stabilise during the back swing....and the hip releases instead if twiating through the knee 😊

Also a challenge to touch elbow to knee of foot pointing behind. Try the halo while other arm elbow is touching inside knee

Mark, I want to get more into clubs but I don’t know if I want to make clubs all I do. I haven’t heard you talk about overcoming isometrics but I think that would be a great complement to club training. What are your thoughts?

Hey Mark, I love your content . Quick question when using an adjustable club, is it recommended to put the weight on the tip or near the base ( near the handle)? Because I noticed that in this exercise, the weight is near the base.

Putting the weight away from the handle increases momentum. That may or may not be the effect you want. Try it both ways.

Hi Mark, could you use your significant influence and encourage a company in the UK to make some bigger clubs, Wolverson make a good Mace but no clubs, I've only found 20kg as the biggest weight over here, shipping from the USA or Canada is expensive. Thanks
