I love the response to learning the Olympic lifts on our own question! It mirrors my experience exactly and it reminds me there is value to just beginning, just starting the journey even when conditions are suboptimal (e.g. learning from online resources). I started learning the Olympic lifts on my own a year ago, and I’m very happy that I just decided to start learning.
Hi Dan, is there going to be a printed version of your new Easy Strength Omni Book or will it only be available as an e-book? i heard you mentioning at Pat‘s podcast that the sales aren‘t very good so far and I myself would be more interested in an analogue version and maybe others are, too
I had a widowmaker heart attack in October (do not recommend) and while they didn't give me magnesium they did test for at the hospital. I take magnesium regular, so my levels were good.
Re: the blood donations, it sounds like you're CMV (cytomegalovirus) negative. It's a dormant infection that about half of adults have. It's usually not a big deal, but babies and immunocompromised people can't handle it. I'm also O Neg + CMV Neg, so I'm the same way when I donate. It's the only blood that you can give to anyone in the world without having to check their type first.
