That run was 188mph for my United States folks. It did that so effortlessly!! My personal best was 147mph in a VW Beetle Turbo (with a APR tune on it!)
The fear on Yuri’s face going to 300 is very real lol, but understandable as a passenger. Btw personal speed record 170mph (legally..) in a base 718 6mt. Didn’t take as long as you may think

Yeah it's too heavy, but you can't really blame BMW for it. They have to work around the bs regulations that were put on them. It's not like they sit in the office and say to themselves "Let's go ahead and make this thing 500kg heavier, just for the fun of it". They're playing the cards they are dealt and they are playing their hand better than almost any other car maker right now. They are making distinguishable cars, with a great build quality, at a competitive price point. As to the design: I honestly don't really see what someone could dislike about it. Yes it is a ridiculously massive ship, but then again it is a 5-series. Let's be glad that, unlike Mercedes, they are making the effort to differentiate their product offering a little. The illuminated grill can be turned off and aside from that it's what we already love about BMW, with a modern, edgy twist.
Issue people have is that the car is slower, for example gt63se is heavier but it’s faster event held a Nurburgring record which is insane for a 2.7t car
You can tell these guys experienced 300+ km/h probably for the first time in their lives. A uniquely satisfying feeling, thanks to the Autobahn. Btw other channels have already tested the 0-60 to somewhere around 3.1s which is comparable to the F90, so it's not slower in that regard either.

How is this an abomination? The side line is absolutely gorgeous, the rear is as classic as it gets. The diffuser is bold, but why not try something different? I think it goes well. There's nothing on this car that's as much of an eyesore as are the kidneys on the G80/G82 or the taillights of the G87. In 5 years from now, all of you that are complaining rn will be swooning over this generation, calling it the greatest M5 of all time 🤣
Just like the E60, looks different than the segment competitors. Not a big fan of the front and too much tech, but the side profile and rear is just wow 🤩. 🔥 🐥🐣🐤🚕🚖🚜🌕
German Charger Hellcat Not my favourite looking 5 series but still look 100x better than M3/4 series and it look very nice in WAGON form. I really miss BMW (signature) 4 round headlights. For some reasons, nowadays car designers really hate round headlights (and rear brake lights).
Not sure what you mean. BMW build quality especially for interior materials is best in class, and they offer full service for 3 years no cost to the owner. So I’m lost as to what you meant. Also, I think this car looks so good.
Notice how a lady in her 2017 Honda CR-V didn’t cut them off when they were doing that run. In America that lady would’ve cut them off and caused a fatal wreck then the police would charge the BMW who had the right of way for the deaths not the lady who didn’t check her mirrors. In America they don’t care about the rules of the road, only speed. In Germany they emphasize the rules of the road and not so much speed.
No matter how hard you both try to wash bmw's face, just because they invited you to Germany on an all-expenses-paid basis, 2.4 metric tons for that "sport car" is absolutely ridiculous. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
Let me get this straight. Since the cars weighs so much. BMW says please come to Germany on the autobahn so you go strait and fast rather than in curves like they would in North America and bitch about it. Smart BMW.
My main problem with it weighing so much, is that tells me they ultimately didn’t care how much it weighed. It’s a sad day when the M division stops caring about things like that. Straight line speed is irrelevant these days, so why hang your hat on it
