I dunno why, but I always find it amusing that Mertle's design more closely resembles that of the stereotypical nerd/outcast character that better describes Lilo's character. I guess the closest male equivalent would be Ercole from _Luca,_ who kinda has the stock "Linguini Christmas" look that circulated Twitter a few years ago.
There's as theory as to that being the reason Myrtle bullies Lilo. She looks to be the only non-native girl with curly red hair and glasses, which seem to belong to a stereotype from somewhere, and would most likely be the one bullied. So, she attacks the seemingly 'weird girl' in hula class and the Yeah Sheep flock to her so they don't get picked on as well.
I don’t feel bad for Myrtle she completely deserved it, I am pretty sure people like Hamster veal more than her, also my sister said Myrtle was such a ugly name.
Mertle sounds like Rosebud The Puppy from Buddies movies she was voiced Liliana Mumy she also in The Santa Clause movies with Tim Allen Mertle and Buzz Lightyear. Elena sounds like Sha-Ron from Mulan II they were voiced by Jillian Henry Teresa and Yuki are voiced by Lili Ishida and Kali Whitehurst who also additional voices in Finding Nemo imagine Teresa and Yuki runs into Bruce, Anchor, Chum the sharks and The Anglerfish.
This is why mertle is one of the reasons why I do not plan on having kids yet and calling stitch ugly is like calling Chomper from the land before time series a menace.

Speaking of roasting, can someone explain this joke. A female manager yells at a caterer for scheduling himself to do a coffee service alone. "I've told you not to sign up for shifts by yourself, I've been very clear about that, I don't know how much clearer I can get for you to listen". And then she told him he needs someone there to give him instructions and guide him. That's when he looked at her and said, "You know, I'm beginning to see why you manage so many wedding receptions." That tone of voice was so sassy and sarcastic. I _know_ he was insulting her with some zinging implication, but I have no idea how.
