Hedgehogs in our garden entering a feeding cage that was hand made for two hedgehogs to eat together without cats and foxes getting all the food. Nothing against either species, but hedgehogs can do with our help.
Beware of the badger! They are partial to eating hedgehogs if other food is scarce. Hedgehogs naturally avoid them if they can, but the badger is very strong and can uncurl a hedgehog and eat the soft underparts, only leaving a shell with prickles.
