Ciao James un paio di domande volevo farti se posso, la prima riguarda il footboard sollevato, se per caso bisogna tirarlo su per questi esercizi, la seconda domanda è, si può schiaffeggiare il footboard come fai tu alla fine del video o è sbagliato all' inizio farlo? Grazie mille
