as a suggestion, try carrying a small stainless steel 1/4" round metal bar to tap the tuning fork on. You will have consistent strikes each time. or tap it on the side of the counter or the metal part of the bed.
Hello doctor, i toolk interest on watching you video because I was at the neru doctor yesterday and she lied on her report stating that she did a complete assessment physical exam including muscles strength, but when in fact she did not ( how can I report her and should I wait until she bill the insurance ). She is a nurse practitioner and refuse for me to see the doctor stating that her has no better knowledge than her. She has been an awful person and more interested in keeping me to take her medication and take it personally that I am refusing her depression medication RRSA to treat my PPPD. She had been lying, over smarting the Optum eye doc, pain management doctor, PCP and the social physiotherapist. I will stop seeing her but I feel terrible for the other elderly patients that see her. I bleive she is more interested in making people feel crazy as I wanted to commit suicidal because of her for she wanted me to stay on these medications, which made me very ill, with high blood pressure upto 207/110 at many points and heart about 52. I stopped using all her medication, and I feel better and have more energy and common sense. Healthier in general even though I still have chronic pain for I had doors falling/slamming down my head which I got a TBI, cervical, thoracic and I did RFA procedures that put me in a better place..
I would request my full medical records. Highlight the areas where the practitioner falsified assessment data, and report the person to the Board of Nursing.
