Thanks for sharing very awesome to see I ran one that size about 10 years ago for about 15 years we were the only printing company in Tennessee to do the old style church style hand fans.... Brings back a lot of memories I believe ours was from 1960 and had a anniversary stamp on the side but I forget now..,.. just don't have a wreck that paper will leave one heck of a mess 😂
Under the bed, keep an eye on the lower rack and wheel system. If not cleaned frequently, the paper fibers from multiple die jobs accumulate in the oil and over time the gears become rough, leading to increased rumble, vibration, and further deterioration. It's quite expensive to replace, not to mention the down time.

Look like clear foil on the folder, nice. We run about the same speed. Paper looks kinda light for a folder... I think. And the shape of the press looks good! Nice Job!
I am wondering how that I can produce a design with intricate scoring and cutting lines. There is Cricut Venture. What can a commercial press like this do?
Excelente hay vídeos qué supuestamente están troquelando y solo pasan el pliego sin poner la máquina en presión, son unos chatas.yo soy Maquinista de heidelberg GTP y e visto gente que vienen como Maquinista y destrozan la máquina, gráficos hay pocos pero hay muchos paracaidistas dicen ser gráficos y no saben nada y trabajan porque se regalan.
Yo manejo una hace años y ya no hay maquinista,una vez tomaron uno que decía ser maquinista y cuando regrese de vacaciones ví la máquina desarmada,le había partido el brazo de las pinzas que toman el pliego, hizo un desastre , para colmo ya no hay mecánicos de tipográficas 👋
we have a nice set of rollers for our KSB that when time permits will install and do some printing on. Unfortunatley there is very little demand for it commercially which is a shame.
