I've been looking a lot at this particular home and of late, the Helicon 3 also. My question for this one is...the closet in the MB... is there no place to hang dresses? Looks like split shelves all the way around. I like a lot of features in this home but really like the closet in the #3. I would like to get an average base price on these without having to call a sales person tho. Can't any of you guys throw an average price out there? I know it can change with the options but would would be the asking price at your lot for this home as shown?

I don’t like the brick around the island and the wall area the stove area. And for me I don’t care for that rain shower head!

That fridge wall was poorly designed. I think most people would rather have a bigger pantry/more cabinets than a giant fridge that awkwardly takes up a whole wall.

Beautiful home, but I never understood why they make for bedrooms with only two bath, at least have two baths and a half. But I only need three bedrooms, does this come in a three bedroom and I don't need that much cabinet space, they would be half empty 🤣

Hi Austin Mr. DeH this is a very pretty house the only thing I feel the kitchen is to cramp with seating and the island, but the rest of the house is beautiful peace out 👸🏽💞😁

I don't like the electric range in the kitchen or the closets with wire shelving. I also don't like that there is no seat in the master shower. Overall it is a beautiful home

I’ve seen this home before. Smart looking on the exterior. The certainly have packed a lot of value in the living/dining/kitchen. Love the foyer. The kitchen is beautiful. The appliances are high end. Love the island. Countertops needs a full backsplash. Guest bath utility room needs a sink. In the master suite we have a good sized main room. Nice closet. Bath is well done. Nice big tub. Tile shower is great. So all things considered I’d still rate this home.s 8/10.

You open cabinet doors but miss pantries and other doors... Love the master bath...love the utility room and sun room...love the kitchen. Get rid of all the carpeting and wood floors throughout!

The dining room does not belong in the kitchen. Looking for a great kitchen and pantry but with a double master bedroom suite or one that can be modified to be one

I LOVE this home! Love the layout. This master bath is better than previous version. However, it looks like laundry room is smaller, which I don’t like. But overall, this is my favorite home. Too bad it’s in yucky Alabama.

Love this home though kitchen could be laid out a bit different. Love to have sink under a window. Love sub zero type fridge. 👍. Maybe 2×6 instead of 2×4. But overall I love this.

I love the multi-tone shiplap wall, the giant fridge/freezer, the abundance of cabinets, and the huge master bedroom and bathroom. Not a fan of the brass fixtures. But your light-hearted comments were the best 👍

How Customizable are the Winston Homes? Things such as 8 1/2 - 9 ft ceilings , real wood fireplaces, adding a window etc. We are in Carteret County and ARE very interested in the Winston homes

They do build a real wood fireplace and adding windows should be fine as long as they can do it. I am not sure about 9 foot ceilings
