212, Yeah, when I was wearing it I kinda had a flashback to the old H-harness the Army used to use. I had to wear the H-harness on occasion as I was a M203 gunner and had to wear the vest to carry the 40mm grenades as well. Good times. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Got one of these bad boys for Christmas. On my first outing with it (walk down to the park with my son) I got stopped by a cop so he could ask me about it. He thought it was the coolest little piece of gear, and was suprised by how much I had fit in it, with room to spare. I offered to let him try it on, but he declined as he was not allowed to remove his duty belt.

Hi Kerry, I'm more of a pack guy but I thought the rig was really cool. I have a tendency to over pack so the rig only lets you bring the essentials. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! Dan

What stops people from getting a 10-20l backpack which is more versatile. The only reason I guess is to have a 20l backpack PLUS this bag on the waist. Still can get a 50l backpack with a waist. still better

Vlas, I would say it comes down to a matter of personal preference. Some people prefer more minimalist gear, and some people don't like to wear a backpack due to overheating or sweat build-up on their backs. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! Dan

@@semperparatusoffgrid I would agree? BUT A 20l bacpack is smaller than this bag and its harness. Maybe the sweat reason only. And the vibe)) the idea that you only bring a waist bag) No matter how big it is
