I'm a bit lost with the ruling, so what if there was another effect that changed the draw mid game could you ignore the notion thief effect with another replacement effect like abundance for example. love the vids before your guys channel I did not like CEDH but I have learned to love it the same.

How bad were Zacks hands before going to 4? It seems like he always mulligans so aggressively and gets punished. Not trying to be a punk but is Zack super greedy with mulligans? I'm just so curious

I feel bad for Charles.

Ad Nauseam is a great card but it can put your life to such a low amount that you risk dying to a player with swingers. For example I have a fairly tuned Anowon the Ruin Thief deck that seeks to control the game by stealing permanents and having a bunch of cheap unblockable creatures on the board all while looking for a Bloodchief Ascension/Mindcrank combo. Both of which are easy to assemble with tutors and having counterspells for protection. So if you played Ad Nauseam and dropped to anything lower than 10 life, then I'm just gonna kill you unless you can win the same turn you cast it
