Thanks Brother, I did have a question will you modify the current expansion pack to update the sounds since the new 3.5 update allows you to update the single and dual cabs with mic placements and mic selections.
While waiting for my Helix Foor to come in, I started watching videos to learn as much as possible. Between you 'Jimmy' and WTutorials, I stumbled across Justin's RU-vid channel and subscribed right away. He is way above my head on the technology, but I was able to learn a ton from him also. I watched so many reviews and was close to getting the LT, but there was a couple of features on the floor that I felt would make a difference.
I am a Pastor of a church in the Niagara region in Canada. I am a Christian song writer and still play live from time to time. I usually only use 3-4 different sounds or settings. The POD go wireless is great. My last show was perfect my sound is more complex then the other guitarist and I was setup and ready to go in the matter of minutes as I don’t use an amp and plug direct into the board
I think the unit that does everything you need, without having to plug in anything additional, is the often the best choice. But, if you like versatility, don't mind plugging things in, and a small size, the HX Stomp is hard to beat. That's what I have. 😎
I had the Pod Go, but sold it and went back to pedals. I really liked it for the same reasons- a light, all-in-one unit. But, I found myself playing with the settings all the time and dialing it from Sunday to Sunday was a bit cumbersome, as the FOH line levels would vary somewhat. I can adjust so quickly with pedals. And I had recently added a UAFX Dream 65 pedal which has not only the sound of the Fender 65 reverb, but has the feel of a tube amp, which gives it an advantage over a Pod Go or Helix (IMO). With the high fidelity of the Dream 65, along with pedals, especially good overdrive pedals, the tone is killer and is noticeably better than with the Pod Go. Everyone is different, but that was my experience. Great discussion!
@@HeyWorshipLeader The UAFX stuff is amazing. I have a pretty basic pedal board with the Dream 65 at the heart. It sounds good on RU-vid, but when I had it in my possession, I was blown away. It's not cheap at ~ $560 CAD (with taxes), but worth every hard earned penny. Love your channel! Keep it up!!
I've been seeing everyone online raving about the new Helix updated cabinets, and that they actually use less dsp and sound better. Do you think Line 6 will do versions fo them for the Pod Go?
Hello i am a biginner and i am thinking in buy the helix and the powercab plus of line 6. You think is a good desicion or you recommend to me something different!? I want to have all or the best in 1 investment.
I wanna see you review the valeton gp200LT. For the money it's great and I think it's gonna make some waves next year. It's only 279.99 right now. I wanna see what you guys think of it.
I literally just did this today and it sounds great. I do have a great PC so it can handle just about anything though and others may struggle with latency
