Hello, I have NKY226B02 battery and NKJ039 battery charger. The battery was dead so I send it to the regeneration. After the regeneration I put the battery to the charger and it's charging very slowly. I measured it. There was 27,4V and 0,135A (charger is 29,4V 1,8A) - maybe the charger is faulty also. I put the battery to the laboratory power supply. I put on 29,4V and 1,8A. At the start the battery takes something like 0,175A and after one second it's disconnecting charging. Do I have to put some voltage to the third pin, (between third pin and negative is 10k Ohms - guess NTC sensor) to force the BMS to charge? I'm so confused because I don't know that something goes wrong with regeneration, the charger lost the current efficiency or what? Please if You can give me the advice, since I have no experience with that type of electronics.

Hi Battery Doctor, Thanks for the video. I have an old NKY190B02, which is empty. When pressing the button at the battery, the LED's are wandering from (E)mpty til up (F)ull, . Connected to the charger for hours, it is not charging, since the behaviour of the LED stays the same. I have another old battery NKY177B02, which still works, but has a very limited range (5-10km). There I the charger works. My options are: - replace the lock of the battery, so I can buy a newer 26V model - replace the cells in the NKY190B02 What do you suggest ? Could you provide me links where I could buy another battery lock system or the replacement cells for NKY190B02? Thanks in advance

Hello Battery Doctor, thank you for posting this one :). I have bought a flyer bike , and have a NKY190B02 which basically is the same as that one, but with another brand (Biketec). Its from 2008 as well, and the battery still has around 15% capacity, charges and Im able to use the bicycle for around 10 km! I will try to replace the cells, but there is an overwhelming amount of info on how to do this so im a bit confused. I can simply replace the cells and use the same BMS and the same charger as long as I keep the same configuration? Thank you very very much and keep up the great work

Yes "replace the cells and use the same BMS" and it will work.

@@Batteridoktorn So when this original has 2 separate 7s pack with both having their own bms, you have to do 2 separate 7s2p packs instead 7s4p beacause of the 2 bms?

Hi, do you have a wire diagram from BMS, please? Well thank you.
