Great video as always! Some useful pronunciation side notes: The "J" & "S" in "Johan Pilestadt" are pronounced like "Y" & "sh" so you read it like "Yohaan Pile-Shtadt". Similarly, "Shams Jorjani" is pronounced like "Shamss Georgia-ni" with a pronounced "s" and "Jorjani" being pronounced like state of "Georgia"+ "ni".

@@thewarhawkgaming245 You need to grow a brain. PSN acc linkage was an agreed upon term between arrowhead and Sony from the beginning, which is why the game launched with it. Pilestedt's admitted it was his decision not to focus on fixing the acc linkage functionality when it broke, and just to let ppl play without it. Therefore he prolly was forced to step down becuase it was he chose to violate the contract, jeopardise the game and cost sony a ton in PR. When they could have just taken the game down in month 1 for afew days to fix the acc linkage functionality.

the smartest decision Arrow Head has made since the release of the game. People in charge right now of game decisions have no idea what the f*** they are doing. The former CEO seems to care and takes in people's feedback. Him behind the reigns is the best move going forward.

Instead of adding new weapons, I'd rather like to see them rebalancing the ones that do exist. There are a few guns that just don't really get used because other guns do what they do, but better. I'd like to see each primary, secondary, grenade, and armor have a unique identity in the game, rather than just a bunch of crap people don't use. So much wasted potential.

The day we got a free 500kg w/ our loadouts, I played almost all day because it was nice to have another stratagem. They should do more of that. Giving us extra random stratagems to use for a day or two.

The balance team ran the game into the ground with nerf patch after nerf patch. We need a spectacular revitalization patch and content to restart the game. They should consider putting the op weapons back and improving all the others as well. QOL changes would also be good like increasing caps on medals and samps. Armor passive variability, weapon attachments, map variability and new enemies. Hopefully HD2 can make a strong comeback sooner than later because it is hard to get players back.

Well I am level 98 D9 bots, bugs and solo and guess what? Still have players who cannot fight and have no “skill”. It doesn’t matter. The game is not fun anymore according to a few hundred thousand players who voted by leaving the past 5 weeks and several million that left since release. If you want an even more sweaty “skill” challenge then go play D9 solo and don’t die once, don’t use strats, don’t use primary. There are ways for everyone to play the way they want.

I've been wanting customizable weapon attachments since the game started. It doesn't make sense that some guns come with a scope or a flashlight, but others don't. Also, infrared scopes for the sniper weapons would be badass for those night missions.

@@vik1837 level 99 D9 bots, game is still fun, not difficult anymore and it's interesting to try all sorts of tactics, even with players who are terrible. The masses are hella dumb in case you haven't seen the increase with brain rot, so to hell with the hundred thousands of idiots. Also, funny enough I have done that "sweaty" challenge with the grenade pistol recently... but I did have to resupply a few times, and a few blizzards helped me escape easily since they obscure vision.

We already have a gas orbital strike, and it sucks. I rarely ever see anyone running it. It's useless for bugs because the bugs just walk out of it to chase you, and it doesn't seem effective on bots.

I'm not surprised to see player numbers finally dropping. What's remarkable is that the game reached the incredible highs that it did, a true breath of fresh air in an era of microtransactions, endlessly repeating franchises and general creative bankruptcy. I dont understand people bringing the anti-tank mine as a huge letdown haha. That will not change anything, it's a defense stratagem that will surely fit it's purpose but I believe we definitly dont need it right now (with how everyone is running an, or even multiple, AT weapon stratagems) and it will neither bring back players nor be the next big gameplay thing. I'd understand the hype and deception for failing a MO with cars, mechs, even new weapons stratagems or even something completly different attached. . . but some mines ? And that's probably one of the reasons we failed these MOs (not as big as balance/bots and player numbers but still).

Copying this comment from another video, just to give some extra context: "Pilestedt is still Chairman, Founder, and primary Owner of Arrowhead Game Studios, the company name is partially from HIS name. He's stepping away from the CEO seat because he prefers creative work rather than business crap. Sony does not own Arrowhead, Sony does not have a say in the management of Arrowhead, and if Jorjani steps out of line Pilestedt is still his boss and can fire him at any time. Why was Jorjani chosen? Because he was the business guy they worked with when they published Magika and did right by them then. Yes he's from Paradox, but he's OLD Paradox, employee number 23, one of the guys that made it a behemoth, not one of the idiots currently driving it into the ground, he left in 2021 and has been doing indie work since, last thing I can find with his name on it is Xenonauts 2"

I wish armor was more of the looks with the armor type like light, medium, and heavy and just that. The perks should be an equip upgrade of our choosing so we aren’t forced to look a certain way forever while still maintaining out favorite perks.

Your final point about why play after unlocking is a good one. Usually in these kinds of games if I have no goal to work on I am done and quit. This game is (so far) a surprising exception. The regular gameplay is so much fun that even though I have everything unlocked (except about 400 medals worth of warbond extras) I still find myself wanting to play. That said my time each day has been dwindling a bit and it is frustrating to fail major orders over and over when you are doing everything you can. But seriously kill 3.2 billion enemies after we failed to kill 2 billion bots? Seems like a weird choice. Anyway, I still really like it but I hope for some new things to play around with. And thanks for not making spam videos. I agree some streamers just keep posting fluff vids and I'm tuning out. I'll look for yours more in the future.

They should change the damage resistance of fleshy parts of bugs to all except explosive damage from 90% down to 80%. That alone as a starting point would be massive.

I think they need to fix the bots shooting through rocks and their own shields being able to scale cliffs and then phasing into rocks and shooting from inside said rocks

I hope the balance team doesn't pull that pretentious methodology of 'the issue is never direct and is something deeper in the system or design that caused it'. While never just fixing the issue then throwing something else off thinking they are 4D Chessing and not admit a simple change would work far better.

How to buff most AR’s: Give them all (besides Adjudicator) 60 round mags. Give half of them medium armor pen. Give the adjudicator a 45 round mag. Reduce recoil for them. Give all dmrs medium armor pen and better ergonomics. Nerf Heavy Devastators. They have no right to be as accurate as they are. They’re really the only enemy that will give you a lot of trouble. Nerf the health for stalkers. No reason they should take an ENTIRE mag to their head. That’s just stupid.

I hope he's able to bring back the fun and give people a reason to return. Although some of his line of thinking in the past has been questionable, Such as his views on the space optimization booster and why he refuses to implement a transmog system.

@@akkunair9392 basicallt transfer all your stats regardless of the armor you wear... which is understandable as we do have 3 types of armor, bulky medium and light in roleplayinggames it's important because you want YOUR character to look as you please while also having good stats at the very least they should separate the passive abilities to be able to be chosen

Idk if it’s a bug, but my controls have been not working correctly. I play on ps5 and my controllers work perfect but for some reason when I’m in game, everything from aiming and movement are not matching or being inputted to the game right, idk it may just be me or if anyone else is getting that problem

I'm glad but at the same time worried about them taking longer to release patches. On one hand, it's great! Making the devs actually play their game and see what everyone is complaining about is great. I've had friends in the industry, and they've mentioned that a decent portion of their teams don't typically play their own games (they are working on the game full time as their job, so a lot of people don't want to play something they've just spent the last 12 hours working on). On the other hand, the longer this Sony issue lingers, and the longer the game goes without an update that fixes the current issues, they will lose a lot of those players permanently. And with less players, that means more failed major orders. If we're just going to fail the major order anyway, then I'm not going to want to even participate in the galactic war. It's a viscous cycle that they need to get a handle on sooner rather than later.

Right now I can think of ONE enemy to be nerfed. The brood commander. That mother f--- is a complete pushover until you a) realize he’s spamming his charge attack or B) accidentally blow up his dome. Then all of a sudden he gains the speed force and perfectly tracks everywhere you go despite not having a HEAD Other than that, just basically all weapons need reworks. No reason for all AR’s or DMR’s to not have medium penetration. If they went the full customization route like some of the leaks where you could swap between different ammunition that would be perfect. Other than that we need the VEHICLES PLEASE I wanna wear something other than light armor, but hate the way it feels horrible crossing the map in medium/heavy

Maybe they'll learn how to read their own code so patrols and enemy spawns aren't so random. Went from difficulty 9 to difficulty 6 to "have an easier time." With two players there was literally always two patrols on the map, and bug breaches always spawned a Bile Titan or two. Would have been easier to stay on 9 LOL.

Twinbeard needs to be the only CM. Between him and Pilestedt they are the only ones I want to hear from. Too much drama and too little professionalism from everyone else. Need to lock down the PR plan asap.
