Great video. Solid advice for sure. I have a slightly unusual load out that you may be interested in trying, even if only for the memeability. I've never seen anyone else use it but I regularly get 500+ kills on Helldive with minimal deaths and honestly I love this build. I only use it on bugs but it works amazingly well against them. Primary - Eruptor Sidearm - The Redeemer or the new pistol from Polar Patriots Grenades - Incendiary Impact Stratagems - Autocannon Sentry, Rocket Sentry, Mortar Sentry, Rover Armor - Either the Juggernaut or the light Medic I can go into detail if you'd like to hear it. But the sparknotes version is that you want to primarily be running overwatch for your team. I try to stick to the elevated positions alongside my squad. You drop the AC and the rocket side by side, ideally on the highest point you can so they have open line of sight. The mortar goes behind them preferably behind cover or in some sort of depression/crater. The sentrys provide mutual support and clear heavies before they can wipe the mortar. The eruptor allows you to set up and then sprint into a nest and clear the holes incredibly quickly while the sentries chew through bugs. You have to master the art of diving backward and shooting between your own feet (it's a super fun technique for not killing yourself with the explosion and often you'll get a sort of boosted dive out of it where you fly away from the enemy you shot). The incendiaries and rover help you keep small bugs from mobbing you and I skip the support weapon because there's always weapons on the map/my squad can toss me one when they come off cooldown. It's a weird build and obviously has pronounced weaknesses. But proper forethought and strategy mitigates them for the most part. Thanks for the video dude. Great video. I've started migrating to the EMS mortar for crowd control. Some players kick you as soon as they see you have the normal mortar now before you even drop it!!! very frustrating it's a powerful strat when well used
