Helldivers 2 mouse smoothing jank 

To see this, experiment with the mouse smoothing setting on and off, while panning around your helldiver in your ship. Pay attention to the cape on you HD specifically. Notice the stuttering and messy movement. It's better with mouse smoothing on, but still janky and has terrible input lag.
