Try doing it standing up, rather than sitting down. It hurt a lot for me when I sat down, but once I stood, I got it pain free

@@cherrybombb2306 hey I inserted the cup but the stick comes out i walked around it cause slight discomfort i took it out again can recommend tips to insert it properly

Maybe it didn't rly vacuum the inside. Unless you felt the suction then you know it's good but if not then you still have to twist it. Plus, menstruation cups are good up to 12hrs only or depend on how strong your menstruation

After rinsing it with water ,blow out the holes in cup, if the holes have water in it then it doesnt create vaccum , obviously it leaks

Hey! I had the same issue. The cup might not be opening properly. What worked for me was to turn the cup around when it's inserted and wiggle it forward, backward, left and right to kinda help it settle in place. Do a few kegels and you'll be good to go. There is a chance that you might find it difficult to turn the cup so don't worry, wiggling it a bit will do the trick!

I used to roll my index finger along the bottom of the cup to ensure that the cup opens fully! Try doing that as there maybe a chance that your cup hasn't opened fully inside

Dont gv up. I had same issues for a few cycles but now its okay. You can take online quizzes to see which cup might fit u the best. Then there are a handful of tips to troubleshoot the leaking problem. Many vids on youtube to help u. There is definitely a learning curve to it but the end result is worth it. In the meantime use a cloth pad to catch your leaks. All the best

It’s a menstrual cup that you use instead of a tampon. It collects the blood and cups can be left in for up to 12 hours. They are reusable and can last up to 10 years so they save you money and are great for the environment. Plus they are really comfortable. I would totally recommend a cup.
