His addiction was in full force during this period, you can see it had a grip on him. But I think we are all happy that he came out of it alive, many didn't.

This song started making me nostalgic for high school friends in my mid 20s. At 63, it kind of tears my heart up a bit.

Eric understand-they use that song to imply that I cannot remain in the area where I grew up and cannot be with a woman I care about...

Found out today a good friend of mine from yesteryear passed. I had to listen to this song. I hope I get to see him again on the other side…
