Let me ask you something & see if you agree or disagree... don't know how much you watched LA through the season but when they were winning & got on hot streaks all role players were hitting shots. When they struggled role players weren't knocking down open shots that were created by Lebron or D lo or AR. Good plays just missing shots. But regardless of those role players knocking down shots or not no matter win or loss Lebron stats were up damn near every single game but maybe 2 the whole season. So yea if im lebron & I'm putting these numbers up & as I'm putting them up I'm getting yal open shots but yal can't knock them down? We'll that's why we brought you here & paid you so if your not doing your job effectively lebron as the leader & the excellence he brings day in & day out has a right to complain & push for better? D Ham had a screwed up lineup until he got called out & finally sit T prince & we started winning up until playoffs when ppl were stepping up. As a coach Ham should have called timeout when we were up on Denver in game 1 & they went on a run & all we wanted to fo is shoot 3s. I'm all for 3s but you can't just keep shooting them when u miss & the other team is cutting that lead down. Timeout: "hey guys we got stagnant & settling for 3s & they aren't falling like they was in the 1st quarter & 1st half let's get the ball moving again & get some easy buckets off cutting & at the rim" Just my opinion. I actually watched the games not everything is on darvin ham mainly due to injuries but his poor rotations didn’t help either they were to top heavy relying on Bron and AD to damn near play the whole game. The key to beating Denver was consistency we didn’t lose because of Murray or jokic we lost because as a team they out played us consistently. MPJ, Gordon, and Pope showed up every game while our guys showed up every other game. No real third option. Everyone is to blame but nobody is perfect life goes on hopefully the team is healthier next year

Jay Will, In-Season tournament is useless. Lakers rotation was changed due to several injuries. Also, how can u not change your rotation when you are not winning as a team. Ham may not be the best but firing him also not putting accountability on your stars specially LeBron who failed from playing defense, who proclaimed himself as The GOAT. 39yrs old? Sure, he's on floor playing. He still want his stats. He still love to have the ball in his hands. So, to me, I don't wanna hear with that excuse.

How can he be a food coach amd make good decisions when lebron wants to refute the coach's plays decisions and execute his own ? It's not a secret that Lebron wants to be the coach, the point guard, the leader, but also wants to run away and not take accountability when the ship is going down by his own approach to the game coach and the organization his playing for ? If this was Michael Jordan or Kobe....they both would have been criticized and crucified, Lebron's coaches are just puppets, he's the one who moves everything and wants tp move everything on the team operations and teams success, but I guess his responsibilities is only when the team is doing good and win.
